Registration problems

Some members have had troubled registrating or resetting their password. I receive an email with this headline:
“This is the mail system at host?mta-08.privateemail.com.
I’m sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It’s attached below.”I’ve changed email addresses since but anywhere I could, I’ve added my recent email and it works for some members and not for others. What is causing this?
