Login problems

    My members often have problems logging in. They can’t login or it says that they are already logged in as someone else. I’ve cleared my cache and the problems still occurs.

    What can cause this?

    Hi,

    thank you for getting back to me. My host uses stack cache. How often should I set up caching. I had it to every day, but it seems not to be working. They suggested I disable it for the login site, what do you think?
