    Hello, is it possible to have a full backup in 1 single file, currently, I have 9 files, but I don’t really have everything, thanks in advance.

    Hi there,

    The backup sets are formed of several files to allow each individual file to be restored.
    There is currently no option available to combine all the backup set files into one file.
    I’m not sure what you mean by you don’t have everything. Could you please explain?

    I bought the module and the one that takes the wordpress core but I still end up with several files despite everything. I want 1 file with everything in it!

    This is not how the plugin works unfortunately. We are considering this for the future but at the moment you will always have multiple files

    Hi there,

    Just to let you know. If you’ve purchased from us you should use our Premium support.
    There’s a link to Support in your plugin menu, above the tabs for Backup/Restore, etc.

    I appreciate this doesn’t help with the question you asked but it’s useful for the future.
    In addition, we are not permitted to provide support for paid products on this forum.
