Hi, I use your service on one of my sites, before I also used it on another site where your plugin is deactivated/deleted. Still there are Options in the database that is autoloaded that seems be from your plugin. Are they from your plugin and can I delete them?

    cleantalk_cron_last_start, cleantalk_cron_pid,cleantalk_data, cleantalk_errors, cleantalk_settings, etc…

    Hello,

To clear all CleanTalk tables you can install the latest plugin’s version (https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress) and then deactivate and delete it with the “Complete deactivation” option enabled.

    1. Enter the Antispam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)
    2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.
    4. Then delete it.

    Did it help?

    Hi!
I did as above, still I have the database options mentioned. I do use multisite network (I installed the plugin in network level), here is the different options that I have and that are autoloaded:

    cleantalk_errors, cleantalk_fw_stats, cleantalk_plugin_request_ids, cleantalk_rc_counter, cleantalk_remote_calls, cleantalk_settings, cleantalk_sfw_update_queue, cleantalk_stats, cleantalk_timelabel_reg, widget_cleantalk_widget

Is the next step to delete them in the database (and its value)?

All CleanTalk tables should have been deleted. We will check this in our environment. You can delete the remaining CleanTalk data from your database (please do a database backup before any changes)

    Hello,

I’ve tried to deactivate (with the ‘Complete deactivation’ option enabled) and delete the Anti-Spam plugin on the WPMS environment. I didn’t find cleanTalk options in the website database after that.

Hi, since I still have them. It should be safe to remove them?

    Hi,

I think it’s safe, however, please do a database backup before any changes.
