    Hi,

the feed URL given by the plugin is /wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/6qBACUs3RwuUgTKqgnfUAJDVn7lqWCY8.xml

The feed file created is not only hidden though (dot prefix) but also in all lowercase /wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/.6qbacus3rwuugtkqgnfuajdvn7lqwcy8.xml

What could be the issue here?

    cheers

    Hi @davidmondok ,

Our plugin shouldn’t do that, it could be one of the following:

1 – One of your 3rd party plugins are conflicting

2 – Your server is renaming the feeds or files

For starters run a basic debug to check for any conflicts; IE- disable all plugins except Woocommerce and Product Feed and have storefront theme. From there, refresh the feed or create a new feed and see if the naming conventions are fixed.
