    Hello,

When I try to integrate the plugin on my site, it only shows a maximum of 9 reviews. I want to display 21 reviews in a slider. I have changed the settings to 21, but it is not reflecting. (https://snipboard.io/ugQzI8.jpg)

Please guide me on how I can achieve this.

    Thanks.

    Hi @navasahmed,

    Thank you for your topic!

If you need to show all reviews with constantly auto synced and without any weird with API key and billing, please use the business version.

The free plugin uses the Google Places?API?to get your reviews. The?API?only returns the 5-10 most helpful reviews. When Google changes the 5 most helpful the plugin will automatically add the new one to your database. Thus slowly building up a database of reviews. It’s a limitation of Google, not specifically the plugin.

The plugin can only download what Google returns in their Places API. It is usually the 5 Most Helpful (not newest) reviews. You can check what the API returns by entering your Place ID and Google API key in this url:

    https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/place/details/json?placeid=YOUR_PLACE_ID&key=YOUR_GOOGLE_API_KEY

However, if you got new reviews for your Google place, but the plugin does not show these, it means that Google didn’t include it to 5 most helpful and the plugin just can’t get this. It’s a limitation of Google, not the plugin.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Thank you for your quick reply.

So, we need to display more than 10 Google reviews (our requirement is 20 reviews) and show the latest ones. To do this, do we need to purchase the premium plugin? After purchasing, is there anything else we need to do, like creating an API? Or will it work by simply installing the plugin and adding the location? Please provide a guide and a link to the pricing as well.

    Thanks.

    Hi @navasahmed,

Yes, right, the business plugin is showing all reviews without any API keys and billing, you just need to download and upload the business plugin after purchase (you receive a delivery email) and connect your reviews through authorization via your Google My Business owner account. You can see the demo video how it works here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TnxLIzhaFFw

    Thanks!

    Thank you.

Is there any way I can display the slider count? Currently, it shows 3 items on desktop. Is there a way we can change the count?

    Hi @navasahmed,

Could you send direct link to the page where I can look at that and how many slides you wish to show.

    Thanks!

    Hi @navasahmed,

    Thank you for detailed explanation.

At the moment it’s a feature of the business plugin. In the free slides count depends from parent container width and grouped automatically.

However, we will consider moving this feature to the free version.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

We recently purchased your plugin (Business Plan) and would like to know how we can integrate and display Google Reviews on our website. Could you kindly provide us with documentation or a guide on how to connect the plugin to our site for this purpose?

When I clicked ‘Connect Google,’ it showed a popup asking for email sign-in. Can we use any email address there, or is it required to use a specific one?

    Thanks.
