• I’ve used this plugin in quite a few sites but they all hand only a few dozen products. I’ve now installed it in a store with 500+ products and it’s taking forever to load, with the “Loading more results…” message.

I hope you consider adding pagination to the plugin.

Could you please let us know whether you can see any products or not on the Stock Manager page? Please try to update the plugin to latest version [v3.1.0] and then check it.

About adding pagination, the plugin is configured to initially load 50 products. As you continue scrolling down, it incrementally loads an additional 50 products at a time, utilizing an infinite scroll mechanism.

As the issue seems specific to your site, we’ll need to isolate what’s really causing this problem. Here’s something that will help:

    • Install a free theme like?Twenty Twenty?or?Storefront?but do not activate/switch your current theme
    • Install the free plugin?Health Check & Troubleshooting?on your site – this plugin is developed by the?www.remarpro.com?team and is pretty good at diagnosing problems in such situations.
    • Once the health check plugin is installed, keep only WooCommerce and?Stock Manager for WooCommerce?plugins active for the admin side and try to reproduce the issue you reported. Make sure to do this only for the admin side – that way visitors to your site won’t be affected.
    • Here’s a nice article that explains this process.
    • Reply to this same email and share your findings with us… Were you able to reproduce the issue? What were the exact steps?
    • If the issue does not occur, it means the problem is with some other plugin. You may try activating/deactivating a combination of plugins to figure out exactly what causes the problem

Thanks for the fast and very detailed reply! I am using the latest version. Here’s more details:

At first I thought it wasn’t loading the products properly (price was blank) but that’s because ALL the products are variable and I hadn’t realized that. Once I open the variations I can see the prices. So the first 50 products are loading correctly.

However, apparently it’s not loading more than 50 products, it just gets stuck. But after a LONG wait, it loads more.

So I think this has to do with the extra calls necessary to load variable products. I think pagination would be much more user friendly in this case.

    You are welcome!

Currently, pagination is there but it is using infinite scroll. However, we have taken note of adding the actual pagination as a feature request and we will improve the performance.
