Outlook address not working

Which version of WordPress and which version of the Contact Form 7 plugin do you use on the site?

WordPress : 6.6.2 & Contact Form 7 : 6.0

From the two forms on my website, I receive emails on my Gmail address, but none on my Outlook Microsoft 365 address (not even in spam). Any ideas?

Because no Outlook Microsoft 365 address is set in the recipient field. See Setting up mail to configure the email template correctly.

The email address starting with contacts@ is configured in their Outlook mailbox. When I send an email from my Gmail address, it is successfully received at the contacts@ address, so it is working correctly. Do you see what I mean?

After checking everything, it seems to be well configured. But it still doesn’t work.
