When this plugin is activated, the image hover style option (swap image) stops working in the products catalogue. Strangely enough the ‘fade’ and ‘zoom’ image hover styles do still work with the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce plugin activated but it’s only the ‘swap image’ option that doesn’t work. Unfortunately I will need to deactivate this plugin until this issue is resolved

    Hello @luniumlondon,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Just to clarify, WooCommerce itself doesn’t include an image hover style like “swap image.” Are you possibly using a third-party plugin or theme option to enable this feature? If so, could you share a bit more information about the setup? Any screenshots or a screen recording showing the issue would be very helpful in understanding what might be causing the conflict.

Looking forward to your response so we can assist you further!

Actually, it does. When you customise your shop page, click on: WooCommerce – Product Catalogue – Design – Product Image Hover Style – Swap Images.

if it makes any difference, I use the Astra theme

    Hello @luniumlondon,

    Thank you for the clarification!

The “Swap Images” hover style is not a feature of WooCommerce itself, but rather an option from the Astra theme, which can be enabled in the theme customizer settings. I’ve tested this on my end with the Astra theme and the Variation Swatches plugin, and everything appears to be working fine. Here is the screen recording of my testing: https://bsf.d.pr/v/9sYVsi

Could you please check again on your site and let me know if the issue persists? If it does, feel free to share any additional details or screenshots, and I’ll be happy to assist further!

Hi I have the same problem with Woocommerce and ASTRA.

They don’t change the images when they used to. And I have detected that the plugin is the cause of the problem.

But it is strange because it comes by default with ASTRA and my theme. I mean, I ‘couldn’t change it’ if I want to keep the aesthetics the same as the original template.

    Could you please check it?

Best regards and thank you very much.
