    Hi!

    I have updated the plugin (v2.1.21) and am now trying to update the database. All other plugins?have?been?deactivated?except for?UM.?After clicking on “Execute”,?I?receive the following message:

    Upgrade Process Started…
    Get Upgrades Packages…
    Upgrades Packages are ready, start unpacking…

    =================================================================
    Prepare package “2.3.0” version…
    Package “2.3.0” is ready. Start the execution…
    Update the Skype ID fields in UM Forms and, as a rule, in predefined roles…


    that’s all. The following messages were displayed in the console:

    Same issue here and it’s been months. No solution online works.

    I installed version 2.7.0 of the plugin, and the update worked for me.
