Woocommerce Email “Addtional content” string not showing in string translation

Can you please add more details on this? What exactly did you add, a regular string? Screenshots will help.

Also, you should try first triggering that email and check again if the string appears in the Regular tab.

I have also triggered that email several times but nothing is shown in the regular tab section.
