Do you need to activate something to make the to/from date on discounts work? If I set a time and date in the future on a discount, it does nothing. It just enables the discount when I click save, even if the date is in the future.

    Tips?

    Hello @ingarb,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Just to clarify, you do not need to activate anything extra to make the ‘to/from’ date on discounts work. It should work as expected once you set a future date. However, if you’re experiencing issues, this means there could be an issue affecting this feature in your store.

Here’s a quick troubleshooting step you can try: Disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and test if the issue permits. If the issue resolves, enable each plugin one by one to identify the conflicting one.

Should the issue persist, please temporarily switch to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four and test again. Be sure to have a full site backup in place.

In the meantime, you can find further details on How to run a sale in WooCommerce.

    I hope this helps.

    Hello Woocommerce team
I have had the same problem since last week. When I schedule a discount on a product, it is displayed without problems, while when the expiration date passes, the cost of the product no longer returns to its normal price, it remains with the discounted cost.

I work with the latest version of wordpress 6.6.2, and with Woocommerce 9.3.3.

    Any suggestions for this problem?

    Hey @nick-salinas ,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing a similar issue!

We’ll be happy to take a closer look at this and see what’s going on. Since each sites setup differs, and in order to align with the forum guidelines, would you please start your own topic?

We’ll be more than happy to help there. ??

    Cheers!
