• Good morning,
sorry if my english is not very good.
I have a problem since I installed Compliantz. I no longer have GA4 data on my wordpress/woocommerce site.
I probably made a mistake, but I retested and retested without finding a solution.
Whether or not you validate the consent banner, nothing changes: cookies GA4 are always blocked.
What is the procedure when using GTM/compliantz and Google site Kit?
    Thank you for your help

    Hello @agencecobalt ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We support Google Site Kit in Complianz, so it’s likely a configuration issue. Could you please send us a video of your Complianz configuration? Preferably through Loom. This would really help us address the issue.

Usually, for Google Site Kit to work properly, it needs to be enabled in Integrations > Plugins. This will take over the statistics configuration. Once enabled, please check “Yes, and Google Tag Manager fires this script” in Wizard > Consent > Statistics.

Please note: if you’ve already added your GTM tag in the statistics configuration in the past, clear the label and save. You can do this by temporarily disabling the Google Site Kit integration.

This should be enough to make it work. Please let me know how it goes.

    Hello @agencecobalt ,

After reviewing the video, it seems possible that your profile may not have sufficient permissions to view all plugins, which could be causing an incomplete configuration of Complianz and Site Kit. Please see this screenshot(taken from the video), Google Site Kit doesn’t appear in your list of plugins integrations, but Complianz has recognized and activated it, as indicated by the mostly hidden statistics configuration section. Additionally, GSK is missing from the top left of the breadcrumb menu(where are all the plugins), where it typically shows up when enabled. This suggests there may be a permissions issue. Could you please verify this?

    Regards.
