    Hi TranslatePress team,

I’m using the “Do not translate certain paths” feature to exclude specific URLs from translation. However, when these URLs appear on the frontend and a different language is selected, the language prefix is still applied, leading to 404 errors for those pages.

Ideally, the plugin would handle this by either:

    1. Redirecting these excluded URLs to the default language if a prefix is detected, or
    2. Automatically preventing language prefixes from appearing for these excluded URLs.

Could you advise if there’s a way to achieve this through TranslatePress or if an enhancement could be considered?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching us!

Would you be able to send me a screenshot of the “Do not translate certain paths” exclusions and a link to a page that is added there?

I will be glad to have a look and see what is really happening there.

    Let me know about this!

    Kind Regards,

    Hello,

I’m using the paid version of TranslatePress and have submitted my issue through your ticketing system. As I can’t share site details here, I’ll wait for your response on the portal, where I can provide additional information.

    Thank you!
