Is there a way in OceanWP to lengthen the spacing of the header. 90 percent of my header image is getting cutoff because the area for the header is so short . But I can’t figure out how to lengthen the dimensions?? Any help would be so appreciated!

    Hello @holdthatmayo,

    Thank you for reaching out,

Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > Header > General, and you will find the height of the header there: https://postimg.cc/CzMfGPyN. Of course, the best advice I can give is to use an image that matches the height of the header you are setting; this will create a better view.

Please let me know if you have any questions about the above steps.

    I hope it helps.

Thank you so much. I found the settings under general and was able to increase to 200px but that seems to be the limit. Is there any way to extend it beyond 200 px? Cause another thing that confuses me on the transfer from Atahualpa to this Ocean theme is that there seems to be this bottom section of the header, beneath the image, that I can’t figure out how to edit. I m not even sure if the theme considers this area as part of the header cause I don’t see any way to edit it in the header section. It has the copy, “More than a Food Blog, a Food Revolution. Not only do I want to get rid of that copy, but i would like to remove that entire gray section and just extend the header pic through that area. Do you have any insight on where that bottom header section gets created and edited? [ redundant link removed ]

    Hello @holdthatmayo,

    Thank you for reaching out,

Yes, predefined headers have limitations and might not meet all your needs; in this case, it’s recommended to use a custom header. In this case, please follow the steps explained in this link: https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/355-how-to-create-a-custom-header.

    I hope it helps.

Thank you so much for the tip! I will watch the video detailing how to create that custom header. One more question. Are there settings with regard to how to underline or change the color of links? On my site, you can’t see where the links are until you mouse over it and the color changes to blue. But without mousing over, you have no idea it is a link.

    Hello @holdthatmayo,

    Thank you for reaching out,

All general styling for the menu is in Customizer > header > Menu: https://postimg.cc/94pgBS3H.

Also, there is another method but it works only for special pages; to use this you must go to the edit of your desired page and use the OceanWP Settings, here we’ve explained it: https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/832-menu-oceanwp-settings.

Please let me know if you have any questions about the above steps.

    I hope it helps.
    Best Regards
