Failed to add user – 400

  • I had a perfectly fine working opt-in on my website… but apparently it stopped working, I don’t know since when, I got an e-mail of someone who tried to subscribe but couldn’t… I didn’t change a thing for months….
    when searching on the error I saw on his forum that someone reported the issue 8 months ago… can you please help to fix this please?
