    Hi!
    The phone field issue with the prefixes for me not just means that a single text came up with “incorrect phone number”. I have an international phone prefix plugin, what is put automatically an area code with a flag. Till Forminator 1.35.1 everything is fine – you can see on my in production page: https://www.bachatatasensual.hu/contact – a contact form here.
    The updated forminator to the corrected phone number bug version here:
    https://dev1access.bachatasensual.hu/contact – as you can see, the flags are totally different, and if you put a number (for example in hungary: +36 – this is pre-selected – and after the area and the number, seems like an error message.
    It is very weird that how can Forminator make wrong flags on another plugin. So just please check bachatasensual.hu and dev1access.bachatasensual.hu – everything is fine in production, but on dev1 with 1.36.3 is error message and also the flags are in wrong place.
    You have from an earlier topic a developer username for both sites, you can ask password reset in my login area: bachatasensual.hu/login and dev1access.bachatasensual.hu/login (/wp-admin slug disabled for security reasons).

    Hi!
    Yes, the dev site not public, so first you have to login, sorry. so dev1access.bachatasensual.hu/login – and after you can see About / Contact
    The in production site bachatasensual.hu is public /contact.

    i already sent is by mail but I think that was the problem only, first need to login

    Sorry for misunderstood,

    We asked for the working Staging URL where we can troubleshoot the issue via browser console, etc., but to do so, the form would need to be public,

    Hope that clears all doubts regards that.

    With that said, if @hollosipeter doesn’t mind making it public in Staging and sharing the URL here, we can check the problem further.

    What will be looking for, is to confirm if the 404 is not found still for the phone script / style file.

    No, absolutely no problem with this, this is a public url. But I already sent to your admin login credentials by e-mail as you asked and you can test both, because dev1access.bachatasensual.hu is not public, only if you logged in. bachatasensual.hu is public, but you need to compare both. bachatasensual.hu is with forminator older version and phone number is working, dev1access.bachatasensual.hu is with the wrong, newer version with the error message and the bad country flags.

    @moderator I just replied a short message that they can log on with that account. I didn’t give password or any other credentials, I give a public email what they can use with the title: ask a password reset. This was not a full login information. Thank you.

    Thank you for the update,

    Sorry, “But I already sent your admin login credentials by e-mail as you asked and you can test both” This should not happen as @moderator explained. You can remove any admin.

    With that said, I want to focus on the solution here, we had an issue with the phone which was related to the CSS file not loading, can you please open your browser console and see if you get a 404 request coming from Forminator? https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/ This should be fixed in the latest version so I just want to confirm isn’t any similar case here.

    But the second issue we got some reports, the browser caching causing some problems from 1.35.1 to 1.36, this happens because old flag files could be cached, please also flush all the browser and site caches to see if that helps.

    Finally, I see your theme is overriding some Forminator styles, if the above ones ( no 404 files and browser cache cleared ) make no difference, could you temporarily switch to any default WordPress theme and see if it helps?

    Those tests will point out the correct direction.

    By e-mail. I sent the login credentials: e-mail address, username by e-mail with the message that reset password. I didn’t sent a password, I didn’t public here password, we have an e-mail with the Forminator support team and by e-mail sent that they can login.
    I didn’t post passwords.
    And I never get admin rights to anybody. To the support teams I created a role name “Developer” what can’t delete users and can’t access users, only can check the dashboard and check the plugins. I never give admin rights to anybody.

    Hi Patrick!

    I made /contact public so you can see now the difference. Unfortunately caching is not a solve, from a new browser what never used before with that site wrong too.
    So:

    https://dev1access.bachatasensual.hu/concact/ – Forminator 1.36.3 – NOT WORKING.

    After we have a correspondence with a support and as the owner of the site, in a correspondence where I ask for support, I can provide user data, we wrote this down by e-mail. Not here. Unfortunately, there was a reply to the topic at the same time as to the e-mail, and I responded to them in the e-mail, and then I copied as much here, that “ok, I sent it.”
    But I never post confidential information. This sentence was also just a reference, which was accidental, of course I never posting here. This is my interest, to nobody can be hack my sites.
