    Hi,

When I tried to download <span style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;”>customer data through?WooCommerce —> Customers, I got a message that said, “Your Customer Report will be emailed to you.” After some time, I got the mail. But when I clicked the download link, nothing happened. No document was downloading.

When I copy the link and paste it into a new tab, a document is downloaded, but it’s blank. There are no contents inside it. The email settings inside the WooCommerce are working fine.

If anyone know any solutions, please let me know ASAP. Thank you.

  • Have you tried to disable your computer anti-virus software before you click the download button?

Sometimes it could be your anti-virus software blocking the download.

    Hi @webbuddysg

First of all, thank you for the response. I didn’t use any anti-virus software in my system and for confirmation, I checked it on two of my friend’s systems. They face the same issue I mentioned before.

Also, even if I can’t use the download button from the mail, I can use the link to download the doc by pasting it on a new tab. But the downloaded sheet is blank. There are no data inside it.

Please provide if there is any other way to solve if.

    Hello ?? @prabinm,

If I understand you correctly, once you click on the download button, the customer data is not directly downloaded to your computer, but instead gets sent to your mailbox. Could you be using any plugin to achieve this? The reason why I’m asking is that, I tried replicating this from my test site, and it was directly downloaded and not sent via email.

As you’ve already tried accessing the file from different devices, I would recommend temporarily disabling all active plugins and accessing the data again to see if you’re able to replicate the issue with only WooCommerce as the active plugin.

Please be sure to back up your site before proceeding.

Let us know how this goes.
