Add to cart button not changing size

Hi this is my first post. I have a basic product page displaying a full product catalog (‘All Products’ block) and I’m trying to resize the add to cart button. In the editor, the button looks how I want it to (see attached) but when I go to view the page the buttons are all much larger than they’re supposed to be.

I’ve tried to manually set the height to the add to cart block in css with no luck. The same thing happens.
