Causes URL redirect loops with translation plugins – Not maintained

This plugin has created significant issues on my website by causing infinite redirect loops with my translation setup (Falang). The plugin has not been updated in 3 years (last update in 2021) and appears to be abandoned. Major issues:

– Creates redirect loops with translated URLs (/de/ pages)
– Conflicts with modern translation plugins
– No compatibility with common SEO plugins like Rank Math
– No updates for 3+ years
– Caused hours of troubleshooting before identifying it as the source

I would strongly advise using alternative solutions that are actively maintained.
