Signature Error

Hi, I am having a problem with the forminator signature.
When I use this signature field optionally, it can be signed and sent, but the image is not generated. And when I make the signature mandatory you try to finalize the form submission and it gives an error and fails to submit.
Do you know what is the reason for this?
