Page scroll to next few blocks after clicking button for pop-ups

    I found that when I am using the pop-ups function trigger by buttons, the pop-ups window pop up and scroll my page downward. Can anyone help to save this problem? I suspect the wp theme cause this problem (I am using Blocksy theme with its companion).

    I am still building my website, so I didn’t add pop-ups for all button.

    I have circled the button that I encountered the problem.

    Hi @gordoncmf

    I hope you are doing well today.

    From what I see in your page source, 3 icons on top open this popup. But the icon/link of the chat has its own href setup as href=”#wechat”. You have a div with the ID “wechat” and this is completely normal for that page to scroll down as 2 actions have a place here:

    • that icon click opens the popup
    • that icon click points to section with ID wechat and works as anchor.

    To not have scroll to that section you will need to remove that href=”#wechat”
