Calculations, prices and time

I hope you are doing well today.

If I read this correctly, you would like to use the calculation field and then use the correct price in payment. If so you can simply use the radio button field or select field and enable the calculation there.

Later on in the additional Calculation field, you pick up {radio-1} or {select-1} depending on the scenario mentioned above.

With that in your email you will be able to see which item and price end-user selected.

Please correct me if I’m wrong, but would you like to mix those items and get total value in email?

Actually, what I’m trying is a “simple” email form where the user will see how much something costs in total and how long it will take.

For example, the calculation result – field Total (price) will show the price and field Total (time) will show the time needed for something. Then, when the user clicks on “Send”, I should receive the complete “specification” and the user/customer should receive a copy.

No, I don’t intend to use the payment form at the moment. Later, I might use Stripe.

It is a long email form with more than 50 items. It is cumbersome because not all data can be captured at once. There is a lot of data and the duration of each individual service is very important.

I am afraid there isn’t a so simple way to do it, if you have only 3 products you can use calculation and conditionals, you can import https://pastebin.com/rxLnWP3M to your site and see the example.

However, there is a limitation on that as well, we can’t use conditionals if the calculation field is hidden but you can use a custom class https://monosnap.com/file/6cwxP7HGMgIDVuqNH2exWlCssAKPb1 and then use display none https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/css-display-none-and-visibility-hidden-the-difference/ if you want to hide those calculation.
