    Hi there,
    we took over that page from another agency and connected the new account with jetpack.
    https://prnt.sc/aBK6i8005XXq but we are not able to upload existing videos again to OUR jetpack account. in frontend also no jetpack-wp.com path is visible from CDN.

    is there a possibility to reset jetpack videopress?

    I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out, and for sharing the screenshot.

    As a first step to resolve this, can you check if the user agent that is trying to upload a VideoPress video has Administrator roles? Jetpack-connected users with the Administrator role can upload videos to a VideoPress-powered site, while users with Editor roles can can upload videos to VideoPress using the?VideoPress Block.

    Can you expand this for me? Would you like to share a direct link of your site where this can be reproduced?
