Jetpack plugin won’t let me view stats for free anymore, insisting that it is commercial. It is not. I make no money from it. I can’t seem to get in touch with a human anymore. Just plain bot that tells you to go to the forums. How to get the plugin to work without upgrading? I’m using free because I don’t have the funds to shell out £8 a month, wasn’t so bad when it was £35 a year, but £96 is a mass increase.

    Hi @littlebear211

I have confirmed that your website is for non-commercial use only and therefore qualifies for our Free Stats plan. I have adjusted this in our records.

    1. Check the boxes that apply to your site, which make it non-commercial

    2. You will be given the opportunity to make a contribution toward the service if you would like. Any contribution is greatly appreciated!

I am currently having the same issue and not being able to actually speak to a human is ridiculous. I have spent an hour going around in circles trying to get resolved.

thankfully, the person above fixed it for me @mackemlife. Hopefully they can for you too. But yep, what happened to good old customer service and being able to speak to a human when you needed? I get using bots to filter and also cut down things that are in the FAQ, but man I hate that this is the way businesses are going nowadays. I want the human contact back and people keeping their jobs to actually get decent support.

Hopefully @bruceallen can help you too

    Hi @mackemlife

Looking at the classification reason it states adsense but I cannot see that on your site so I’ve classified it as non-commercial.
