    Hi @nuwan010,

    Thanks for sharing the video. We checked it out, but we’re unable to replicate the issue on our development store. It’s possible there might be a conflict with another plugin or theme on your site.

    To troubleshoot, I suggest deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce and Customer Email Verification. Also, try switching to the default Storefront theme and see if the issue still persists.
