Cant complete a quizz and it resets after all the ansewrs

Hello, im doing some tests on my recently created course and when i try to finis the first quizz it restarts and dont send the answers or have te chance to mark as complete, its seems to send the answers but i cant move forward to the next lesson, i set the minimum % to approve in 1 because the questions are more a survey than a really quiz but it doesnt work anyway, please if anyone can help me! im desperate right now ??
