    Hello! I would like to ask how to add the order number and reason options to the return request option in the drop-down box I added? When selecting other contents in the drop-down box, the order number and other contents will not be displayed. Can it be set? URL:https://imgur.com/a/3LnRSh2

    If you’re looking to display additional fields (such as order number and reason option) based on the option selected in the Dropdown field, this will require conditional logic. For more details on using conditional logic with WPForms, please see our guide here (which includes a YouTube video).
