Quick Response and Very Helpful

Upon attempting to restore a backup, my computer froze and then refreshed the page. This created an error and canceled the restore, creating a critical error response. I am on the free version, so posted in the forum, expecting it to take a while for a response. Within 30 min, I had been contacted, put in touch with support, and they were working on it. My site was down for only an hour, then they helped determine what was causing the problem that required a restore (on a different plugin!). Very helpful and very quick response time.
