Where did you get the theme as I do not see it on repository

Before you make the change keep copy on header.php
This is the code that creating that 2nd home link

Am I stuck to the pages being in alphabetic order or can I change them around?

I see that you do not have the 2nd home page any more you can arrange them by clicking on pages

In your admin panel where you created the pages

I don’t see anywhere to change the order of them. I’ve not needed to before, it’s probably right under my nose – but can’t see it.

At the moment About Us is first, I want my Home page first and then About me.

Click on pages and edit Home page on right you have 0 in order put 1 in there and update see if that puts Home page first.

As is they are alphabetical order.
