    Hi there,

Can you confirm if Jetpack was connected after the migration or if there was a connection issue while configuring the sites on the new hosting?
Also, did you use a staging site while moving your sites? please share more details about the migration proccess.

    Please let us know.

    Hello @paulfraser,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!

Hi, sorry for the delay in replying—the message alert was in my junk folder.
I reconnected Jetpack about 11 days after migration when I first noticed the missing data (first time I’ve done this) so a user error.

    Hi there,

For Jetpack to keep track of your stats, it’s necessary to have a healthy connection between your site and Jetpack. I checked your Jetpack connection history on both of your sites to look for any hiccups, and I can see that:

That is why you are missing that range of time on both your sites. There should not be any issues in the future is the connection keep being healthy.

I hope this helps; please let us know if you have any doubts.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, that’s what happened, and I’m sure it will be okay into the future. But is it possible to retrieve the missing stats from (I presume) wordpress or wherever?
