Trustpilot Widget display issue

    We have a slideshow with a Trustpilot widget added (via a shortcode) to each slide. This works fine when the LightSpeed plugin is switched off, but causes display issues when on. The Trustpilot widget doesn’t appear at all in some browsers, and appears intermittently in others (on every other turn of the two slides).

    Is there any settings we can add in the plugin to fix this? We we weren’t sure if the third-party cookies via Trustpilot would need to be included in the app? Thanks in advance!

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    and do you happen to have any pattern to reproduce the issue ?

    and also if you can reproduce it , if you check the html source code , compare to when it shows, any difference in html source code ?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your reply. I have sent the report now.

    There are no particular steps we take to reproduce the issue – it seems to be a loading problem but only occurs after the first iteration of the slideshow.

    I can’t see any different in the html code for the Trustpilot iframe when it shows and doesn’t, unfortunately.

    do you see in request list , if any request to trustpilot took place when that happens ? as you said the source code is same

    The letter string generated is: KWWSIFJX

    Where can I find the request list? I can see the system information, which has no reference to Trustpilot in.

    no no , I mean from your browser developer tool -> netowrk

    when you open page , it will list out all the requests the browser has made

    Thanks for clarifying – yes I can still see separate requests from Trustpilot when the widgets aren’t showing on each slide

    I feel maybe JS or CSS related

    please try disable all the JS and CSS options for few days , and see if you can still reproduce it
