Extremely helpful

I had encountered a snag with Stripe implementation, and the EDD support agents were able to help me. They were quick, responsive, and cheerful! Also very clever, in figuring out what the problem was, even though as far as I can tell, it is undocumented. I appreciated their willingness to dig in and find the solution.

I very much appreciate EDD as a plugin, because it is focused on downloadable digital products (obviously) and thus removes extraneous complexity from setting up the process. Having pleasant, competent support agents is a bonus!
