    Hi,

    Our account work perfectly, and it also show advanced card processing, Google Pay, Apple Pay are all available, and we recieved payment from our customers by Apple Pay and Google Pay.

    But, after updating to version 2.9.3, it asked for Registration for advanced card processing.

    In this case, advanced card processing are shown as not available, and Apple Pay & Google Pay will not shown up on site.

    When customer try to payout with PayPal Standard and , it will show:

    PAYEE_ACCOUNT_RESTRICTED The merchant account is restricted.

    and there are logs on Woocommerce:

    That means all of standard PayPal and standard card processing will not work totally.

    Why the process of Advanced card pocessing verification cause whole function does not work and Account is restricted?

    and even without any notification?

    This is really funny!!! right?

    Advanced Card processing should be separate function, why it cause whole function invalid and account restricked?

    Hello @alexli126

    The error you’re seeing doesn’t seem to be related to the ACDC registration or plugin update, it might be a coincidence. It’s more likely caused by some restrictions placed directly on your PayPal account.

    I recommend reaching out to PayPal Merchant Support and asking them to check if there are any restrictions on your account. If they confirm that everything is fine on their end, we can investigate further from our side.
