I am using the Essential Addons Pro and Elementor Pro plugins, I am currently facing 2 problems:

    • Advanced accordions do not expand
    • Fancy Charts show in the elementor edit page but do not show in the frontend

    Things I have tried:

    • Disabled every plugin except for Elementor Pro & Essential Addons
    • Regenerated CSS & Data from Elementor -> Tools
    • Regenerated Assets from Essential Addons -> Tools

    Plugin Versions:

    • Elementor: 3.24.6
    • Elementor Pro: 3.24.4
    • Essential Addons for Elementor: 6.0.7
    • Essential Addons for Elementor – Pro: 5.8.1

    Hello @osamaelmasri

Thank you for reaching out regarding the issues you’re experiencing with the Advanced Accordions and Fancy Charts. I appreciate the details you’ve provided and the troubleshooting steps you’ve already taken.

I’ve tested both the EA Advanced Accordion and EA Fancy Charts on my own site using the latest versions of Elementor Pro and Essential Addons pro, and they appear to be functioning as expected. Here’s a quick video demonstrating their functionality: https://d.pr/v/9fTwWN

Upon reviewing the plugin versions you’re using, I noticed that your Essential Addons for Elementor – Pro version (5.8.1) is outdated. The latest version is 6.0.6. I would recommend updating to the latest version, as it may resolve the issues you’re facing.

Here are a few additional steps to try:

    1. Update Essential Addons for Elementor – Pro: Ensure you’re using the latest version (6.0.6) and check if the issues persist after updating.
    2. Check for Plugin Conflicts:
    • Deactivate all plugins except for Elementor, Elementor Pro, Essential Addons, and Essential Addons pro.
    • After deactivating, check if the issues with the accordions and charts still exist. If the issue is resolved, it could be due to a plugin conflict.
    1. Reactivating Plugins One by One:
    • Reactivate the plugins one at a time, checking your site after each activation to identify the conflicting plugin, if any.
    1. Switching Themes:
    • As a precaution, try switching to a default WordPress theme like Astra, Flexia, or Twenty Twenty-Three to rule out any theme conflicts.

Please try these steps and let me know if the issue persists. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out here, and we’ll be happy to help.

    Thank you
