    Here I give a fresh example of two rules not working with my settings of a cancel score of 90. Person placing multiple orders 3 minutes apart with the same email address and same IP address. The rules that do not work are:

    • Check if first orders in processing state
    • Too many order attempts

    Please fix these rules so that we can prevent an email and IP from placing multiple orders with our settings.

    Based on the settings, it should work to block the users. Also we have tested it with our demo and it is working fine.

    Can you please make sure that, you have selected the correct General settings to ‘Before Payment Checking‘ to block the users at the checkout process?

    Of course both “before fraud score” and “before payment checking” options are active. And I had contacted support in the past which fixed this one before, but they never carried over those fixes to new versions of the plugin. This means once they fix it, you can’t update the plugin ever.

    If you have selected both options correctly and they still do not work, it might be a site-specific issue caused by other plugins or theme conflicts.
