Add to cart event is not firing

    Hi

    Starting from the last update the tag is not firing the add to cart event. it started happening from 24 th sep 2024. i have rollback to the previous version but its not working.

    System status is okay

    Please help

    I tested with only woocommerce and pinterest plugin but it not worked. but after installing a default theme the tag is firing the add to cart events. can you please guide how to fix the issue with the current theme which is flatsome

    Since the issue is related to Flatsome which is a third-party theme, and we don’t provide help & support for 3rd-party plugins or themes as they’re outside our support scope. It would be best to reach out to the theme developers for further assistance.
