    I am having issues that after a client did a payment with bankcontact (Belgium) the page is loading very long to redirect to the thank you page in woocommerce. The order mail is sent immediately but the loading is taking around 1 minute or even more. Is this a known issue? I am using the divi theme and the problem is on more than 1 website. When I use testpayments with the test API it is working fine so that is even more strange.

    Thanks for reaching out! Could you clarify if this is happening with single payments or subscription renewal payments?

    For subscription renewals, delays can occur because SEPA Direct Debit (often used in Belgium with payment methods like Bancontact) is not a real-time payment method like credit cards. This could explain why the emails are sent immediately, but the page takes longer to redirect.

    This happens with single payments. I also had contact with a person from your customer support who is looking into this issue. I hope a solution is found soon because it looks for the clients the payment is in a loop because the page is hanging.

    Yes I have had contact with support but they do not answer anymore after being transfered to the technical team. I am waiting already 20 days!

    Sunday I even made an order on another website and the redirection was not going trough. So after 5 to 10 minutes I needed to close the page. The order was finished and the payment was good, but there was no redirection and the page was stuck on the bankcontact page.
