So we are in latest version of woo, wordpress and facebook for woo plugin. We have 8K products out of which 6.5K are out of stock. So we have to enable WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory “Hide out of stock items from the catalog”

Now the issue is that due to it the products that have manage stock enabled and are 0 stock are still shown in facebook shop and ads

We have to manually make manage stock disabled for out of stock products and then sycn manually to make it work. This we have been doing for years

Is not there a fix yet for it? How long will this continue? What is the solution

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello mananmushtaq02,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand how frustrating it must be to manually manage the stock synchronization for such a large number of products.

To address this, I recommend trying the “Facebook: Reset connection settings” option.
This will clear your current Facebook settings, allowing you to re-establish the connection and potentially resolve the synchronization issue.

You can find more information on how to do this here:
    Facebook for WooCommerce Documentation.

Additionally, I suggest enabling “Debug mode” (steps are explained in the link above).
Once enabled, you can review any error logs under WooCommerce → System Status → Logs, which might give more insight into what’s causing the stock discrepancies between your store and Facebook.

Let me know if resetting the connection helps or if the logs provide any additional clues.
Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.
