    I am experiencing an issue with my flyout menu. While it functions correctly for regular menu items, it closes entirely when I click on parent menu items that contain submenus. Ideally, clicking on a parent menu item should expand the submenu without closing the entire flyout menu.

    Is this a known bug, or is it specific to my setup?

  • I’m having the same problem. Clicking the arrow to open submenu closes entire mobile menu.

    I understand you’re having trouble with your flyout menu. I tested the Navigation Menu, and it works correctly, when I click on the parent menu item, the submenu opens without closing the flyout menu. You can check out this screencast I recorded for your reference: Screencast.

    It looks like there might be a plugin conflict on your site. Could you try deactivating any unnecessary plugins and see if that helps resolve the issue?

    Thanks for looking at this. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work for me. I only have Elementor free and Astra free theme installed.

    @iankusht sorry, it was a client website. We couldn’t make it work so the client decided to use another plugin. We haven’t created any support ticket.
