Product Category Pages not loading when logged out

If I understand correctly you’re having an issue where users to your site can’t see certain categories, unless they are logged in? I’ve encountered similar issues before relating to permissions and caching, so let’s check that first.

Some caching setups do not cache pages for logged-in users, meaning they always see the latest additions to the site without the need for a cache flush. Logged-out users continue seeing the previously cached version of the site, so if you haven’t flushed the cache in a while, they might not see newly added content. If you do use caching plugins, can you either flush or temporarily disable them to see if that resolves the issue?

Otherwise, I see your site has a B2B section that requires logging in. Do you offer any products or categories of products to B2B customers only? If yes, is it possible that you’ve inadvertently restricted access to the categories in question so that only logged in B2B customers can see them? Can you check the related settings to verify or, if you have a staging site to test on, even temporarily disable that plugin to see if it resolves the issue?

If none of the above helps, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report, then we can suggest what else to check.

Yes, I had a chache plugin, and I thought it was its fault, I tried cleaning it, and even removed it completely and tried to delete all files that might have been left behind on the server.
I also checked the options to limit display for non-logged-in users and everything looks okay, it should work. Anyway, it was working and suddenly stopped.
The platform requires login to buy products, but for non-logged-in users everything should display, and some categories stopped.

I visited your site and noticed that the page https://mpsolar.pl/product-category/inverters/foxess-inverters-hybrids-ok/ is not displaying any products, while I can access https://mpsolar.pl/sklep/foxess-ep11/ without any issues. This suggests that something might be interfering with the default functionality of the category template.

To better understand the issue, could you explain how you’re creating the message “Please, login to see prices and buy” and how you are hiding the price for non-logged-in users?

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. It looks like the feature to hide prices for non-logged-in users is enabled. First, I suggest you check if the B2B for WooCommerce plugin settings might be affecting the product category display as well.

Sometimes these settings can hide products completely from view. If possible, please try temporarily disabling the option to hide prices and see if the product categories become visible again. This will help determine if the issue is with the B2B plugin’s configuration. If the categories do appear after disabling the setting, you might need to adjust the plugin settings or look into potential conflicts.

Also, after reviewing your system status report, a couple of things stand out. Your site is using an outdated version of the Woodmart theme and several outdated WooCommerce templates. I turned off hide price for non-logged-in user as you suggested and nothing fixed it.

Can this really be the theme’s fault? If I didn’t update it and everything was working before, why would it stop?

From what I see, all WooCommerce plugins are up to date.

The issue you’re experiencing is most likely due to a theme or plugin conflict.

I recommend performing a conflict test to identify the cause.
You can switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Three and deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce.

If the issue is resolved at this point then reactivate them one by one to pinpoint the conflict.

Thanks for your help, it turned out to be a problem with the b2b woocommerce plugin. After the latest update, there are errors, I downgraded to the old version of the plugin and everything works.
