• Approximately 1-2 months ago, menu visibility was working fine. When I set a menu item to appear or disappear depending on a user’s logged in status, it worked perfectly. Now, hiding menu items based upon logged in status no longer works. Hiding menu items based on logged out status still works. Please make it work again for logged in status.

I am not using caching and am using the Gutenify theme.

Please see the topic “Menu Visibility Settings Not Working After Recent Update” (which is unresolved) where another user is experiencing a similar issue.

Clarification: this applies to users in the WordPress administrator role. A test with “regular” users seems fine.

I am using the Ultimate Member 2.8.8 version and have recently had the problem that after logging in as a user, the menu (I have a protected member area that is only available to members) is not fully displayed.
Even as an administrator, the backend for administration and the extended menu are not displayed. When I asked my hoster, they told me that this is a problem with the Ultimate Member plugin and that I should report the error to UM.
Please let me know what caused the problem with the incomplete display of the menu, everything worked until a while ago. How can I restore the full display of the menu and also the UM User online widget (this is also no longer fully functional)?

    Thank you for your support

Hello, the problem has not been resolved even after the last update to version 2.8.9. There is still no administrator bar visible in the frontend after logging in as administrator. The menu display has not changed either, the menu entries for logged-in users are still not visible in the frontend!

Please let us know how the problem can be solved!

    Kind regards
