    Hello everyone,

I have the problem, that the translation of my site doesn’t work on smartphones and sometimes the language does not switch on desktop version. In an other topic I red that this can happen if I have a different mobile version than my desktop version. This is the case on my website. But how can I now translate the mobile version? I don’t find a possibility to change the view. And how can I fix the notn happening language switch?

    Thank you very much!

    Hello,

If you have two different versions of your site, one for mobile and one for desktop, the differences will not be translated, so you will need to translate them separately.
There is no preview mode for multiple devices integrated with our plugin, but you can try to change the dimensions of the browser window while are in the Translation Editor Interface, when you translating the content, to change the view. This will force the strings from the mobile version to appear.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

Hello, the problem is that often the language does not change if I want to change from German to English. Neither on desktop version nor in mobile version. How can I fix that?
