    Hi @annews,

Just checked your page and see the error “The value cannot be zero.” also. That means you need to choose “Manual Entry” and set the price to 0.00

That will make a button that looks like the below image, and will allow users to enter their own donation amount.

Let me know if you need more help!

Unfortunately that did not solve the problem. Still getting that message. Also now it looks odd on the page because it is listing Donation Amount, then a field with 0 in it, then it has the Paypal button. Shouldn’t it just be the paypal button that opens a separate window? Even if I change the field value to 10, it throws a syntax error message saying it is not well formed.

    The value cannot be zero.

My website support was also not able to debut this but said: “We could not fully debug this, but it looked like the plugin was sending an incorrect format of the JSON request.?“

I have temporarily deactivated this plugin and installed a different one that seems to be working, but hopefully you will get this issue fixed

    Hi @annews,

It looks like it’s working for you now using PayPal Standard?

yeah I had to deactivate your plugin since your initial suggestion did not solve the problem and this was very time sensitive.
