Profile Grid Export Doesn’t Include First Name or Last Name

    I need to export all members of a group and when I export, it doesn’t include names. So how am I supposed to identify who’s data it is? The only identifier is an 8-digit User ID. What am I supposed to do with that?

    These Metagauss products are the absolute worst I have ever worked with in WordPress. Always a problem.

    Hello @jcallanan,

    The plugin allows you to export user data based on groups. To do this, go to “ProfileGrid >> Global Settings >> Tools >> Export” in the dashboard. Select a group, and the fields associated with that specific group will be displayed. You can then select the fields you want to export, and the user data will be saved in a CSV format.
