I am using an old theme WP Mushi and it is using the Redux plugin. I have updated everything, WordPress, Plugins, theme (till the last version available). When I try to update something in the theme dashboard, it gives me the blank page.

Here is the error, among others, but they are all from Redux.

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: reset(): Argument #1 ($array) must be of type array, string given in /nas/content/live/sfkarting/wp-content/plugins/redux-framework/redux-core/inc/extensions/color_scheme/class-redux-extension-color-scheme.php

    /nas/content/live/sfkarting/wp-content/plugins/redux-framework/redux-core/inc/classes/class-redux-options-constructor.php

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Unfortunately, we do not support themes that use Redux, and the theme you are using is a premium theme I do not have access to. The way this works is that you’ll have to report this to the theme author (or agency who did your child theme), they have to recreate it, and then report it to us, because we will need a copy of the theme and that’s not something you can legally provide.

If the theme is abandoned, then this becomes a premium support issue which we are not permitted to discuss in this forum. You’d have to contact us through our website https://www.redux.io.

My guess is the theme embedded Redux originally. Have you tried disabling the Redux plugin and letting the embedded version run?

I have tried disabling it and the site goes down, the theme needs Redux to work. I do have the original theme files but the last update was on 2018. I created the child theme for this, so I can email you the theme package.

I am ok with hiring premium support.

Use wetransfer.com and use their service to send the complete theme AND child theme to [email protected].
