Invalid ticket availability details – Issue with Ticket Booking LiveDate

Hi,
I have an event going live this weekend, and have set up the ticket types with the tickets available from Sunday at noon. In trying to edit the number of tickets available I keep getting the error: “Invalid ticket availability details. Please review and try again!” which won’t allow me to save. I’ve narrowed it down to something being wrong with date or time, since I can save if I use “tickets available from: event date / relative date”.
This has broken recently, since I’ve used this functionality with no problems last time in August. I’m running v4.0.4.5, the previous version didn’t have this problem.
I saw the critical Timepicker error thread in this forum, and applied the user recommended fix, but it didn’t solve my problem. Could you please help?
