    Hi @nettlwilmslow ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

This looks like a bug in our plugin. We already created an internal bug ticket for this, and I added your case. Thanks for all the details. I will definitely pass it along to our devs.

I am unable to provide an exact date or time estimate for when this bug will be fixed, but you’ll be notified when there are any updates.

If you do have other concerns or issues you need help with, please create another thread, as it helps us track different issues.

    Internal Bug Ticket Reference: TECTRIA-417

I can confirm the plugin is currently broken ??

    Hi @phatman

The current workaround is to revert The Events Calendar to v6.6.4.2. Always test it first on your staging site before applying it to your live site.

We prioritize bugs by taking into consideration the number of users impacted as well as how the bug impacts one’s ability to run an event/sell tickets. I don’t have a specific timeline as to when this issue will be resolved, but trust that our team is aware. Our team communicates updates and bug fixes in our newsletter and via our changelog.

Rest assured, we will also update this thread once the issue is resolved.

I’m happy to help if any other questions are coming up around this topic, otherwise I’ll go ahead and close this ticket.

How do I revert back to an old version?

Thanks for this – if I uninstall the newer version and reinstall an older version will I lose all of the events that I currently have set up?

No that’s pretty unlikely but for safety sake always take a backup first. You shouldn’t have to uninstall the newer version, you can upload the older one using the plugin uploader and WordPress will overwrite the newer version with the one being uploaded.

I still have this problem. Is it really resolved? I am hosted on WPEngine and it keeps the plugins up to date so reverting is a bit of a problem.
