Hey @cowboy69270, visit the Armory, locate the log entry that has the IP address you want to block. Then click the big hammer icon on the left side of the log entry.

I’m on the Armory section but there are hundreds of IP addresses from all over the world that have connected to my blog it’s too long to find it has been 1H that I am on!

so I manually entered the IP address on it and he can’t find it yet my stalker was logged in and left comments of insults on my blog yesterday!

I also entered in user his nickname under which he had registered and extension does not find it yet his messages are still there!

There is a search field in the upper right-hand corner. If the IP address exists in the logs, it will be found via search.

I already entered the IP addresses of the stalker who was connected to my blog yesterday and each time it responds me not find them! I think because the extension was not yet installed he can’t find anything that was before on my blog….

Also: if you can’t find an IP address in the Armory/log, you can always add it manually. To learn how, visit the plugin documentation and scroll down to the section called “Manually Add IP Address”. Any IP addresses added this way will be added to the Tower and blocked.

Your armory section does not work! I have entered the accounts as you had told me, it was well marked users blocked and they returned tonight and manage to post comments of insults with their accounts!

A lot of spammers use rotating IP addresses (via proxy or VPNs) for their spam messages. So it could be that they were able to submit more comments using a new/different IP address that wasn’t blocked.

It also could be that there is some conflict with another plugin or maybe something the theme is doing that is preventing normal functionality. Without investigating things, it is difficult to guess at what might be happening.

In any case, if the plugin is not working out for you, best advice is to either do some basic troubleshooting, or just move on to one of the other amazing security plugins out there, so many great ones available that can block bots or whatever you are dealing with. Note: I would be glad to provide a free troubleshooting guide if it might be useful for you.

Let me know how I can help.

I totally understand and have been in the same boat. Please remember, I am not the one who is spamming you. I am just a guy who likes to develop plugins and help people with WordPress. Most of the time everything works great, but sometimes there are issues and things don’t work as expected. And while I don’t have a magic crystal ball with all the answers, I am always glad to help people anyway possible. So let me know if there is anything I can do to help, thank you @cowboy69270.
