File uploaded from the custom file upload in Ecoutner is not clickable

  • Hi guys!
    We are trying your plugin and really thinking of buying the whole package. But while trying the free service we ran into a problem. We created a custom field file upload in the encounter module so that the doctor can send documents to the patient. But when the pdf file link comes to the patient in the “Other information” section, the link is not clickable, we also see the Choose file button which also is not clickable.

    Hello,

    We will look into the “link is clickable” functionality and, if feasible, we will update this feature in the next release.

    Additionally, could you please share a screenshot of the issue with the “Choose File” button, which is also not clickable? This will help us better understand the problem and resolve it.
